These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and philpower ("philpower," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at philpower.org. By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the philpower platform — including its website, games, promotions, and related services — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the philpower platform and close your account if one has already been created. Continued use of philpower following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

philpower reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, philpower will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification. The most current version of these Terms will always be available on this page, with the effective date clearly indicated at the top.

To register and use the philpower platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a strict minimum age requirement in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations. philpower does not permit any person under the age of 21 to register, deposit funds, or participate in any real-money gaming activity on the platform.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Registering on behalf of another person, or allowing another person to use your account, is strictly prohibited.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the platform from, any jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of philpower, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the philpower platform, whether voluntarily through self-exclusion or as a result of a platform-imposed restriction.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

philpower reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to suspend or terminate your account if you are found to be ineligible. Any winnings accrued during a period of ineligibility may be voided and forfeited.

To access real-money gaming features on philpower, you must create a registered account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, email address, and a valid mobile number registered under your name.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) philpower account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. philpower employs technical and manual verification measures to detect duplicate accounts.

• All information provided during registration must be truthful and accurate. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is grounds for immediate account suspension.
• You are responsible for keeping your registration information up to date. Any changes to your name, address, or contact details must be reported to philpower support promptly.
• philpower reserves the right to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration, before processing withdrawals, or when unusual account activity is detected.
• Accepted KYC documents include: Philippine National ID, passport, SSS ID, UMID, driver's license, and other government-issued photo identification.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your philpower account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) or two-factor authentication codes associated with your account. philpower will never ask you for your password via email, chat, or any other communication channel.

• You must not share your account credentials with any other person. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorized by you or not — is your responsibility.
• You must use a strong, unique password for your philpower account and update it regularly. philpower recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) where available.
• If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify philpower support immediately. philpower will take reasonable steps to investigate and secure your account.
• philpower shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

philpower reserves the right to suspend any account where suspicious activity is detected, pending investigation. During any such suspension, access to funds may be temporarily restricted. philpower will communicate with the account holder through their registered contact details during any investigation.

philpower accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) through a range of locally supported payment methods. All transactions on the philpower platform are conducted in PHP, and no currency conversion fees are charged by philpower on deposits made in Philippine Peso.

Accepted deposit methods include:

• GCash — instant deposits via the GCash e-wallet
• PayMaya (Maya) — instant deposits via the Maya e-wallet
• BPI Online Banking — bank transfer via BPI
• BDO Online Banking — bank transfer via BDO
• Metrobank Online Banking — bank transfer via Metrobank

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts may apply and are displayed at the time of each transaction. philpower reserves the right to modify supported payment methods, minimum deposit amounts, and processing times at any time with reasonable notice to players.

philpower does not charge deposit fees. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside philpower's control. philpower is not responsible for any fees charged by third-party payment processors.

Players may request withdrawals of real-money balances (excluding uncleared bonus funds) at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. All withdrawals are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP) to a verified payment method registered in the player's own name.

• KYC verification must be completed and approved before any withdrawal request can be processed.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. philpower reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawals to a new payment method.
• GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes during business hours. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are typically processed within the same banking day.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the withdrawal section of your account dashboard.
• philpower reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times. Players will be notified if additional verification is required.

philpower reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending the outcome of any fraud investigation, responsible gaming review, or regulatory compliance check. In such cases, philpower will communicate with the affected player through their registered contact details.

philpower offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated at the time of each offer, in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail.

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only. philpower reserves the right to determine eligibility for any bonus or promotion at its sole discretion.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which must be met in full before any bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are clearly stated for each promotion.
• Bonuses may only be used for the games and game categories specified in the relevant promotion. Using bonus funds on excluded games may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• philpower reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time. Where a bonus is cancelled after it has been credited to a player's account, the bonus balance will be removed but any real-money balance will remain unaffected.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, exploiting technical errors, or colluding with other players — is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus funds.
• Each player is entitled to claim each welcome bonus or sign-up promotion only once. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times is considered bonus abuse.

All games available on the philpower platform are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game on philpower, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules in addition to these Terms.

philpower is committed to providing a fair and transparent gaming environment. All games on the platform use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) that have been independently tested and verified by accredited third-party testing laboratories. The outcome of every game is determined solely by the RNG and is not influenced by philpower or any third party.

• In the event of a technical malfunction or system error during a game, the affected round may be declared void and any stakes placed will be returned to the player's account.
• philpower reserves the right to void any bet or game result where there is evidence of technical error, data corruption, or any other circumstance that compromises the integrity of the game outcome.
• Players are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection before placing bets. philpower is not liable for losses resulting from disconnections or connectivity issues on the player's side.
• Live dealer game results are final once the round has been completed and confirmed by the dealer. Disputes regarding live game outcomes must be raised with philpower support within 24 hours of the relevant game session.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the philpower platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities where appropriate.

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false information during registration or KYC verification, impersonating another person, or using fraudulent payment methods.
• Money Laundering: Using the philpower platform to launder money or facilitate any other financial crime. philpower complies with all applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and will report suspicious activity to the appropriate authorities.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to sharing cards, signals, or strategies in real-time during live games.
• Bonus Abuse: Creating multiple accounts, exploiting technical errors, or using any other method to unfairly claim bonuses or promotions beyond their intended terms.
• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated software to play games or interact with the platform without human input.
• Hacking and Interference: Attempting to access, modify, or interfere with the philpower platform, its servers, databases, or any other technical infrastructure.
• Underage Gambling: Registering or attempting to register as a player if you are under 21 years of age, or allowing a person under 21 to use your account.

philpower is committed to promoting responsible gaming and player wellbeing. We believe that gaming should be an enjoyable form of entertainment, and we provide a range of tools to help players maintain control over their gaming activity.

Available responsible gaming tools on philpower include:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your philpower account.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications when you have been logged in for a specified period of time.
• Loss Limits: Set limits on the amount you are willing to lose within a defined time period.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently restrict your own access to the philpower platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

All content on the philpower platform — including but not limited to the philpower brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of philpower or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the philpower platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any philpower content without prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any philpower content.
• Use the philpower brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner that could cause confusion or imply endorsement without written authorization.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or technology used in the philpower platform.

Any unauthorized use of philpower's intellectual property may result in account termination and may expose you to civil or criminal liability under Philippine intellectual property law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, philpower shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the philpower platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunities.

philpower's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising from the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

• philpower does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or uninterrupted. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability.
• philpower is not liable for any losses arising from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, telecommunications failures, or third-party service outages.
• philpower is not responsible for any tax obligations that may arise from your winnings. It is your sole responsibility to comply with all applicable tax laws in the Philippines regarding gaming income.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude philpower's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

philpower reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if philpower reasonably believes that you have breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority.

Upon termination of your account:

• Any real-money balance remaining in your account (excluding bonus funds subject to unmet wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to any outstanding investigations or regulatory holds.
• All bonus balances and associated winnings will be forfeited.
• Your access to the philpower platform, including all game history and account data, will be revoked.
• philpower may retain certain account data as required by applicable law, including anti-money laundering and data retention regulations.

You may also close your philpower account voluntarily at any time by contacting philpower support. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, and any eligible balance will be returned to your verified payment method.

philpower reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. The effective date of the most current version will always be displayed at the top of this page. Where changes are material — such as changes to eligibility requirements, withdrawal conditions, or bonus rules — philpower will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via their registered email address or through an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the philpower platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 13.

philpower recommends that all players review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates. The current version of these Terms supersedes all previous versions.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute between you and philpower, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through philpower's customer support channels. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of the initial complaint, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies with jurisdiction in the Philippines.

• All disputes must be raised within six (6) months of the event giving rise to the claim. Claims raised after this period will not be entertained.
• philpower's decision on all gaming disputes — including game outcomes, bonus eligibility, and account actions — shall be final and binding, subject to any applicable regulatory review process.
• Players who believe a dispute has not been resolved fairly may escalate their complaint to the relevant Philippine gaming regulatory authority.
